Top 5 US companies 2024
USA Today reported that several highly rated companies, including mortgage lenders, CPA firms, staffing agencies, and credit unions, have been recognized as some of the best places to work in the United States. These rankings were determined through surveys conducted by Energage in collaboration with USA Today.
The Top Workplaces USA awards honor midsize and large companies across various industries, with eligibility requiring at least 150 employees. Winners were selected based on employee ratings collected through the Energage worker engagement survey, covering a 12-month period in 2023.
Among the top-ranking companies are Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., Plante Moran, Aya Healthcare, New American Funding, and Mountain America Credit Union. Out of 7,000 invited employers nationwide, 2,227 participated in the survey, with 1,531 receiving recognition for their workplace values.
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, emphasized that the Top Workplaces recognition showcases companies’ cultural strength nationally and aids in attracting top talent.
