S Arabia sends quality dates to Pakistan for Ramadan.
Saudi Arabia, a close friend of Pakistan, has launched a gift program during Ramadan, distributing high-quality dates as gifts to 30,000 people. Named the “Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Gift Programme,” it was initiated at the Saudi embassy in Islamabad. Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malkyi and other officials attended the event.
The program, directed by King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, aims to share premium dates with Pakistan and other countries. It distributes 10 tonnes of dates, making 30,000 individual gifts, reflecting the strong bond between the two nations.
This initiative follows a supportive phone call from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The PM expressed gratitude for the prince’s well wishes and invited him to visit Pakistan soon. He also extended Ramadan blessings to the Saudi leadership and people, wishing for peace and prosperity during this holy month.
Saudi Arabia’s gesture of sharing dates highlights the enduring friendship between the two countries, strengthening their brotherly relations during Ramadan.
