His family disclosed that his vision had also been impaired due to high blood sugar levels. Despite his fame, Butt’s condition had left him unable to communicate effectively. His notoriety stemmed from a viral video in 2014 showing him smashing cars with a club outside the Pakistan Awami Tehreek office during clashes in Model Town.
The clashes, marked by police action, resulted in the deaths of at least 10 individuals. Butt’s passing marks the end of a tumultuous chapter in Model Town’s history, reminding many of the tragic events that unfolded during those turbulent times.
