DI Khan blast: 2 soldiers martyred
Two soldiers were killed in a suicide bomb attack on a security forces convoy in Dera Ismail Khan. The incident occurred on March 21, as reported by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR). Naib Subedar Yasir Shakeel and Sepoy Tahir Naveed, both from Kohat district, lost their lives in the blast.
The ISPR stated that Pakistan’s security forces remain resolute in their fight against terrorism, and such sacrifices only strengthen their determination. They vowed to bring the perpetrators of the attack to justice.
Additionally, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district, Balochistan, on the night of March 20-21. During the operation, one terrorist, identified as Chakar Liaquat, was killed, while two others were injured. Weapons and ammunition were seized from the militants who were actively involved in terrorist activities.
