Tragic Blast at Swabi Police Station Two Dead Many Injured
An explosion at a police station in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has left two people dead and several others injured. The blast occurred in the station’s warehouse, where explosive materials are stored.
District Police Officer Haroon Rasheed stated that the explosion was likely caused by a short circuit, leading to multiple detonations. Surveillance footage shows a large flame followed by the blast on Thursday night.
Emergency services quickly responded, transporting 33 injured individuals to local hospitals. The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ordered an investigation into the incident and ensured medical aid for the injured.
