Leader of Opposition in the Senate and leader of PTI, Senator Shibli Faraz has welcomed the decision of the 8-member bench of the Supreme Court on the issue of reserved seats.
Leader of the opposition Shibli Faraz and Aun Abbas in a news conference in the Parliament House said that we filed an application in the Supreme Court without wasting time on the issue of specific seats, on which the court gave a clear verdict on the seats.
He said that now the 8-member bench of the Supreme Court has given the decision and explained, the whole matter is clear that the PTI members have their status cleared. Shibli Faraz said that the election was held in Rahim Yar Khan and the notification came only this morning, while the general election has been 6 months and the results of the election have not been decided.
He said that the Election Commission is currently responsible for conducting the most controversial election in the country, decisions are not made regarding PTI and on the other hand the forum is decided, it is the constitutional responsibility of the Election Commission to conduct free and fair elections. is
Shibli Faraz said that the local body elections are also delayed and it is malicious which is harming Pakistan. He said that the Election Commission has not yet announced the election results while the Election Tribunal is still delayed
