Family Festival allowed on Khanpur Dam, district administration approved with terms

According to a statement issued by the Deputy Commissioner Haripur office, conditional permission has been granted to hold a family festival on Sunday, April 20, 2025, near the Mosque Old Khanpur, near Khanpur Dam. This permit has been issued for Mr. Talal Noor Jatvi Waleed Noor Jatvi, Rawalpindi.
The permit has imposed several conditions for security and discipline. According to the Declaration:
The program will be in a limited space and a low -intensity sound system will be allowed, while the use of loudspeakers will be completely banned.
Local police will have the power to stop any illegal activity by being present on the spot.
The organizers will have to completely ban the SOPs of the National Action Plan (NAP).
Exhibition and aerial shootings are strictly forbidden.
It will also be the responsibility of the organizers to arrange separate parking for traffic flow.
Permission may be canceled immediately in case of any emergency or violation.
Deputy Commissioner Haripur Shoaib Abbas has signed the permit and emphasized that legal action will be taken in case of violation of all conditions.
