Al-Khidmat Academic Scholarships Provide Higher Education Opportunities to Thousands of Students
Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan has provided scholarships worth 536.1 million rupees to 5,411 students so far. During a speech at the Al-Khidmat Foundation Northern Punjab Regional General Council meeting, Vice President Muhammad Abdul Shakoor emphasized the importance of education, stating that the arrival of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) brought an end to ignorance.
He mentioned that Al-Khidmat Foundation celebrates Rabi-ul-Awwal by promoting education awareness and aims to ensure that no child or youth in Pakistan is deprived of education. The Academic Scholarship program is a key initiative of Al-Khidmat Foundation, offering scholarships to thousands of students annually.

Other notable attendees at the meeting included Iqbal Khan, Provincial Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Northern Punjab, and Regional President Rizwan Ahmed. They discussed ongoing projects and developed plans for the future.
Muhammad Abdul Shakoor praised the efforts of the teams in various districts and highlighted the importance of donors and volunteers, whose contributions enable the completion of significant welfare projects. He noted that Al-Khidmat provides services in education, health, orphan care, disaster management, clean water, and social services, with multiple initiatives underway in the education sector.
Additionally, he mentioned the “Banokabal” project, which aims to transform the lives of thousands of young people by teaching them skills to support their families.
